Mod’Art International is celebrating 10 years in Mumbai. It has been a decade since this Fashion Designing and Pattern Making school opened their doors and have created a niche for themselves.
This collaboration has proved to be a bridge between the French & Indian fashion fraternity.
Mod’Art International held a fashion show for their graduating students, which enabled the design students to show their creativity and innovation through their garments on a runway.
The show was choreographed by Shamita Singha of Onesoul Events.
Prerna Joshi, Dean and Nishant Joshi, CMD of Mod’Art India, hosted this high voltage runway show which showcased the talent of the aspiring student designers.
Guests applauding the students were Arjan Bajwa, Masoom Singha, Kavita Kharayat, Kavita Lakhani, Nidhi Munim, Clint Fernandes, Karanvir Sharma, Shaahid Amir, Anna Singh.
On this occasion Prerna Joshi, Dean said, “We are very thrilled to see how our students are performing and already showing signs of fitting into the fashion world. This year the fashion show had transgenders and children with down syndrome as models too. The reason was to break from the stereotype models and make our students dissimilate".
The jury consisted of Renowned designers Nidhi Munim, Sonakshi Raaj, Shaahid Amir & Asa Kazingmei.
