The winning thoroughbred of “Kingfisher ULTRA Indian Derby”, Immortality, took home a total prize amount of Rs. 91.50 lakhs
Mumbai: "The Kingfisher ULTRA Indian Derby 2021" was concluded today at the Mahalakshmi Race Course. Over the years, the much-awaited racing event on the calendar has gained immense popularity amongst the city’s who’s who. The 'Kingfisher ULTRA Indian Derby 2021' was home to a line-up of India’s best thoroughbreds.
'Immortality' took the prime spot from the get-go and emerged victorious in one of the most awaited events on the Indian racing calendar, The Kingfisher ULTRA Derby. Trained by Pesi Shroff and ridden by Suraj Narredu, rallied towards victory.
'Immortality' owned by Ms. Ameeta Mehra and Mrs. Liane Luthria took home Rs. 91.50 lakhs of the total prize money and the Trophy from Mr. Kiran Kumar, Chief Sales Officer of United Breweries Limited.
