It has been an eventful journey with this association. This project was launched in 2017 and received SWAMIH funding in December 2021.

"SWAMIH Investment Fund I" (“Fund”) has been formed to complete the construction of RERA-registered residential developments that are in the affordable housing / middle-income category, are net worth positive, and require last-mile funding to complete construction. The Sponsor of the Fund is the Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India on behalf of the Government of India. The Investment Manager of the Fund is SBICAP Ventures Ltd.
