Trailer Launch of Film Based on the Story of Cabinet Minister Dharmaraobaba Atram

 

Mumbai: The trailer launch event for the film "Dharmaraobaba Atram - The King of Hearts", based on the life story of Maharashtra's cabinet minister Dharmaraobaba Atram, was a magnificent affair. Chief Guest Rajya Sabha Member Praful Patel graced the occasion, adding to its significance. Produced by Ebina Entertainment and directed by Bhushan Arun Chaudhari, the film portrays the extraordinary journey of Dharmaraobaba Atram, who was held captive by Naxalites for 17 days. Actor Jitesh More has portrayed the character of young Dharmaraobaba Atram in the film.

The event was attended by esteemed MLAs Sandeep Dhurve, Anil Patil, Minister Aditi Sunil Tatkare, Dinesh Waghmare, Abhimanyu, Nisha Jamwal, and several other distinguished guests.

The producer of the film, Nitu Joshi, expressed her intention to create an inspirational movie for society. She shared her motivation, stating that after hearing about Dharmaraobaba Atram's struggles and achievements, she felt compelled to make a film about his remarkable life. She emphasized the challenges he faced, particularly spending 17 days in the clutches of Naxalites.

Minister Dharmaraobaba Atram himself shared his experiences, highlighting the profound challenges he endured during his captivity. He expressed gratitude for being given a new lease on life and recounted the hardships he faced, including drinking water from streams during his ordeal. His journey, from captivity to freedom, is depicted in the film, showcasing the resilience and courage he displayed in the face of adversity.
