India’s First CPR App "Revive CPR" Launched to Combat Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA)

 

Mumbai: A revolutionary initiative in emergency healthcare, the "Revive CPR App", was launched at the Jio Convention Center in Mumbai. This groundbreaking app, the first of its kind in India, aims to equip individuals with life-saving skills to respond effectively to 'Sudden Cardiac Arrest' (SCA), a condition claiming over 15 lakh lives annually in the country.

Physical CPR training for India's 145 crore population is a formidable challenge. The 'Revive CPR App' bridges this gap, providing life-saving guidance at the fingertips of every citizen. Designed to be user-friendly and accessible, the app complies with the Good Samaritan Law, ensuring legal protection for those who intervene to save lives.

The 'Revive CPR App' was developed by the 'Revive Heart Foundation' in collaboration with leading cardiologists, including Dr. Yash Lokhandwala, Dr. Brian Pinto, Dr. Aditya Kapoor, Dr. Manju Sinha, and Dr. Kinjal Goyal, and backed by Vistas Medias. It is supported by Ipca Laboratories Limited as part of their public awareness drive to combat heart diseases.
