Mumbai: "The All India Gem and Jewellery Domestic Council" (GJC) is set to host the 7th edition of the India Gem & Jewellery Show (GJS 2025) from April 4 to 7, 2025, at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. Widely known as #HamaraApnaShow, GJS has established itself as a premier platform for business growth in the jewellery industry. The event is supported by the World Gold Council and the MSME Product and Marketing Scheme.
The show will be inaugurated by Shri Pankaj Bhoyar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Home (Rural), Housing, School Education, Cooperation, and Mining, Government of Maharashtra, alongside Mr. Paul J. Alukkas & Mr. Varghese Alukkas, Managing Directors of Jos Alukkas Group, and Smt. Mallika Manoj Gandhi, Chairman & MD of Manoj Vaibhav Gems ‘N’ Jewellers Limited.
A key moment at GJS 2025 will be the 25-year celebration of Gold Hallmarking in India on April 5, 2025, with the presence of Union Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution & New and Renewable Energy, Shri Pralhad Joshi. His visit presents a crucial opportunity for industry leaders to discuss key challenges and future strategies.
Exciting Highlights of GJS 2025:
- Exclusive Business Session: Award-winning speaker Dr. Ujjwal Patni will conduct a motivational session on April 3 to help jewellers expand their businesses.
- Brand Ambassador Unveiling: GJC will introduce its 2025 Brand Ambassador at a special press meet on April 4 at 11:30 AM.
- GJC Nite: A glamorous evening on April 4 at Jasmine Hall, Jio World Convention Centre, where top jewellery brands will unveil new designs through a fashion show featuring celebrity showstoppers. IDT Gemmological Laboratories Worldwide is presenting this event.
- Silver Pavilion Debut: A new Dedicated Silver Pavilion will showcase premium silver ornaments and artefacts, catering to the growing market demand.
Timed strategically before Akshay Tritiya and the wedding season, GJS 2025 will host 400+ exhibitors across 700+ booths and welcome around 10,000 visitors, including corporates, chain stores, independent retailers, and international buyers.
