Mumbai: Greenlam Industries, a globally recognized name in integrated substrate and surface solutions with a presence in over 120 countries, has inaugurated its first-ever exclusive shoppe in Mumbai. Named Greenlam Shoppe – Satyam Plywood N Veneer, the new experience centre is strategically located in Andheri East and aims to serve as a one-stop destination for architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and customers seeking premium surface solutions.
Situated at Chakala in Andheri East, the newly launched 432 sq. ft. studio has been designed to offer an immersive and hands-on product exploration experience. The highlight of the showroom is the display of over 250 full laminate sheets, making it Mumbai’s first shoppe of its kind to showcase such an extensive laminate collection in real formats.
The experience centre features Greenlam’s wide-ranging portfolio of premium surface products, including the Greenlam Lexus 1.50 mm collection, Greenlam 1.00 mm collection, GreenTouch 0.80 mm laminates, Greenlam AFX anti-fingerprint laminates, Greenlam Clad exterior compact panels, and Greenlam’s 4x10 mm format collection. These products are designed for both residential and commercial applications, combining aesthetics with high durability and advanced functionality.
Engineered with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, the laminates offer enhanced resistance against scratches, stains, abrasion and moisture. Select products also come with specialized properties such as antibacterial, anti-fingerprint and fire-retardant features, catering to evolving consumer and industry requirements.
The showroom was inaugurated by senior company officials including Anuj Sangal, alongside representatives from Satyam Plywood N Veneer, including owner Hansraj Gupta and business manager Sachin Attarde. The event also witnessed the presence of Shanmugasundaram and more than 150 guests from the architecture, design and construction community.
Speaking at the launch, Anuj Sangal said the Mumbai market is driven by strong design sensibilities and innovation in materials, making it an ideal location for the company’s first dedicated experience studio in the city. He added that the new shoppe is intended to move beyond traditional catalogue-based product selection and instead provide a collaborative working space where customers and design professionals can interact with products in real-world formats and applications.
With this launch, Greenlam Industries aims to strengthen its retail and design ecosystem presence in Maharashtra and plans to further expand its showroom network across key markets in the region in the coming years.
