Trainee Farmers willing to participate in Water Cup competition organized by Paani Foundation |
Akola: Through Amir Khan's "Pani Foundation", an agriculture-based 'Satymev Jayate Farmer Cup' competition has been organized for the Kharif season and farmers from various villages of the state will participate in this campaign. Keeping this in mind, this competition will be a boon if the farmer villagers of our village participate in large numbers, and through this, Sheetal Rupesh Pethe, Sarpanch of Karatwadi Railway - Dhamna Group Gram Panchayat has expressed the belief that we will create a green revolution in the village.
"Pani Foundation" started last year's 'Farmer Cup' competition which brought together many farmers, the use of improved farming methods has also contributed greatly to agriculture, reduced production cost, and increased production, against this background, farmers under Karatwadi Railway Dhamna group Gram Panchayat participated in Farmer Cup competition in large numbers. To participate, for that, group farming should be implemented to enrich the village farmers. In the coming time, agricultural entrepreneurs should be formed from the village.

Jeevan Gawande, Akot taluka coordinator of the Paani Foundation, said, "Chemical fertilizers have reduced the immunity of the soil and on the other hand, the incidence of cancer has increased in the state. Therefore, we have to come to natural farming. Based on the Farmer's Cup competition, as many as possible, especially young farmers, have participated in this free training and competition. In this, the best farmer group at the state level will be awarded Rs. 15 lakhs, the second 10 lakh, and the third 5 lakhs, while the best women farmer group at the state level will get Rs. 5 lakhs, the best farmer group at the taluka level will get Rs.5 lakh, Gawande informed that free training and accommodation has been arranged on behalf of 'Pani Foundation'.Shri.
