Vodafone Idea Limited's ₹18,000 Crore Further Public Offering to Commence on Thursday, April 18, 2024

 

Mumbai: “Vi”, formerly known as “Vodafone Idea Limited”, is set to open its Further Public Offering (FPO) of Equity Shares on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The Total Offer Size for the FPO amounts to ₹18,000 crore, comprising a fresh issue of Equity Shares.

The Price Band for the Offer has been fixed at ₹10 to ₹11 Per Equity Share, with bids accepted for a minimum of 1,298 Equity Shares and in multiples of 1,298 Equity Shares thereafter.

Anchor Investor Bidding is scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, 2024, while the Bid/Offer Period will be open for subscription from Thursday, April 18, 2024, to Monday, April 22, 2024.

The net proceeds from the fresh issue of Equity Shares will be utilized for various purposes, including the purchase of equipment for network infrastructure expansion, payment of deferred payments for spectrum to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and GST thereon, and general corporate purposes.

The Equity Shares offered through this Red Herring Prospectus dated April 11, 2024, are proposed to be listed on the Stock Exchanges, with 'in-principle' approvals already received from BSE Limited (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) for the listing of the Equity Shares.
