Mumbai: Renowned holistic health guru Dr. Mickey Mehta has signed a 'Grow Tall' pact with IndoScot Group of Schools, aiming to shape the Vishwa Gurus of tomorrow by nurturing children’s Sanskaras, Bhavas, and Gunas.
'Grow Tall' is a holistic wellness program that leverages epigenetics, neuroplasticity, and ancient wisdom traditions to enhance children’s growth—not just in height but also in stature, attitude, and well-being.
“Every child is born with a genetic code, but through conscious intervention, we can alter genetic expression and maximize potential,” says Dr. Mehta. Integrated into the CAS curriculum for the first time, this program focuses on exercise, nutrition, meditation, sleep, and affirmations to support holistic growth.
