Mumbai: With its world premiere just days away, the upcoming children’s drama ‘Little Thomas’ has unveiled its official teaser, offering a heartfelt preview of what’s to come at the New York Indian Film Festival (NYIFF) 2025.

Directed by Kaushal Oza and featuring a stellar cast including Rasika Dugal, Gulshan Devaiah, and young talent Hridansh Parekh, Little Thomas is already creating buzz, earning three major NYIFF nominations: Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Debut Film.

Set to be the closing film of NYIFF 2025, which runs from June 20 to 22, Little Thomas is a nostalgic, emotionally rich tale set in the vibrant backdrop of 1990s Goa. The story centers on seven-year-old Thomas, a boy with a big heart and a big dream—to reunite his estranged parents so he can finally have a little brother.

Backed by acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who takes a refreshing detour into family-friendly cinema, the film explores themes of innocence, longing, and the resilient spirit of childhood.

The newly released teaser captures the film’s tone perfectly, blending vibrant visuals with gentle humor and stirring moments. Audiences are treated to a first look at the compelling performances and the sun-drenched Goan setting that breathes life into the story.

Produced by Luminoso Pictures, Civic Studios, Good Bad Films, and Flip Films, Little Thomas promises to be a festival favorite and a moving cinematic experience for audiences of all ages.
