Dream League of India to Hold Mumbai Trials on December 13–14

Mumbai: After receiving an enthusiastic response in Nashik on December 11–12, the "Dream League of India" (DLI)—the country’s biggest and fastest-growing 'Tennis Ball Cricket League'—is set to conduct the next phase of its Maharashtra trials in Mumbai on December 13 and 14, 2025.

The Mumbai trials will take place at Gavdevi Maidan, 40+ Tembhode (Nevali), New Panvel, Navi Mumbai, with all aspiring participants required to report at 8:00 AM.

DLI has witnessed massive participation across multiple cities including Delhi, Gurugram, Greater Noida, Ganaur, Mohali, Lucknow, Jaipur, and now Nashik. The league continues to push forward with its mission of identifying promising grassroots cricketing talent across Maharashtra and beyond.

Following the Mumbai trials, the league will move to Pune for the next round of selections.

The Dream League of India welcomes players in two age categories — Junior (13–18 years) and Senior (18 years & above) — providing a structured pathway for young athletes who aspire to pursue cricket professionally.

Speaking about the Maharashtra leg of the trials, Mr. Chetanya Nanda, former cricketer and Founder of Dream League of India, said: “Nashik showed us talent and enthusiasm. We are excited to take this momentum to Mumbai next, and we are confident the city will surprise us with some exceptional players ready for the big stage.”

Adding to the sentiment, Mr. Rishabh Bhatia, Founder of Servotech Sports, shared: “Every city strengthens our grassroots cricket movement. The energy in Nashik was phenomenal, and we expect Mumbai to take it to the next level as we continue building a nationwide platform for emerging players.”

The Dream League of India—launched by Servotech Sports—is transforming tennis-ball cricket by offering professional exposure, a structured development system, and a highly competitive league format. The league features six teams each in both Junior and Senior divisions, giving aspiring cricketers a credible platform to showcase their potential.

Bolstering its nationwide appeal, the league is spearheaded by acclaimed actor Sonu Sood as the League Commissioner, accompanied by well-known personalities Salim Merchant and Darshan Kumar.

Encouraging young players ahead of the Mumbai trials, Sonu Sood, Salim Merchant, and Darshan Kumar jointly urged: “Mumbai, it’s your turn now! Bring your passion, bring your talent—this is your moment to shine. Let the world see what you’re capable of. Do come in large numbers.”
