Salesforce India Launches Public Sector Division to Enhance Citizen Experiences

This initiative aims to empower government agencies and public sector organizations to enhance citizen experiences through advanced Salesforce technology.

The newly introduced 'Salesforce Public Sector Solutions' are designed to expedite service delivery with out-of-the-box applications built on the Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform. These solutions enable government agencies to future-proof their IT investments with AI, automation tools, and citizen developer capabilities, ultimately improving service agility and efficiency. Additionally, the launch of Public Sector Einstein 1 for Service integrates CRM, AI, and data capabilities to automate administrative tasks and provide faster service to citizens.

These solutions are hosted on Salesforce's Hyperforce, a next-generation public cloud infrastructure that ensures data residency, control, and security. Hyperforce combines the power of public cloud infrastructure with a security-first approach and privacy-centered standards, supporting government agencies in scaling their operations.

Salesforce's comprehensive offerings include advanced data visualization through 'Tableau' and 'Einstein Analytics', seamless integration with MuleSoft, enhanced productivity with Slack, and the flexibility of a low-code platform for custom application development. The App Exchange also provides a variety of pre-built apps specifically designed for government use.
