Arihant Academy Reports 105% Surge in FY26 Profit, Expands Presence Across India

Mumbai: Arihant Academy Ltd. has announced strong audited consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting significant growth in revenue and profitability driven by rising student enrolments, geographic expansion, and diversification into career-oriented programs.

The company posted a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs. 9.11 crore for FY26, registering a sharp 104.85% year-on-year growth compared to Rs. 4.45 crore reported in FY25. Total consolidated revenue for the year stood at Rs. 64.87 crore, reflecting a 52.57% increase over Rs. 42.52 crore recorded in the previous financial year.

The strong performance was attributed to sustained demand for academic coaching, operational efficiencies, expansion into new regions, and the launch of specialised educational programs.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, Arihant Academy reported a PAT of Rs. 3.32 crore, marking an 87.28% quarter-on-quarter growth compared to Rs. 1.77 crore in Q3FY26. Total revenue for Q4FY26 rose to Rs. 16.11 crore from Rs. 14.54 crore in the previous quarter, reflecting a growth of 10.78%.

Commenting on the company’s performance, Anil Kapasi said the results reflected the growing trust among students and parents, supported by the institution’s academic quality and operational execution.

“Since the previous year, we have witnessed strong momentum throughout our organization as a result of the growing trust from our students and parents, expanded academic opportunities available to them, and the steadfast commitment and hard work of our dedicated faculty and operational teams,” he said. He added that the company remains focused on delivering quality educational outcomes while sustainably expanding its reach across key markets.

During FY26, Arihant Academy strengthened its presence through multiple strategic centre launches across India. The company expanded into Nashik in Maharashtra, Ahmedabad in Gujarat, and Rajasthan, where the addition of two new centres increased its total centre count in the state to five.

The company also deepened its footprint across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) by launching seven new centres, improving accessibility to coaching programs for students across the region.

As part of its diversification strategy, Arihant Academy introduced the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification course in collaboration with NSE Academy. The program is designed to equip students and professionals with specialised knowledge in auditing, compliance, and financial systems.

The company stated that these initiatives align with its long-term strategy of combining academic innovation with career-focused learning opportunities.

Known for its coaching programs across SSC, ICSE, CBSE, Science, and Commerce streams, Arihant Academy has emerged as one of Mumbai’s prominent educational institutions, catering to students across multiple academic and competitive examination segments.

With a growing network of centres and expanding program offerings, the company indicated confidence in maintaining momentum in the coming quarters, supported by strong enrolment trends and a robust business pipeline.
